HOT DRINKS
Espresso – roasted locally from Rimini Coffee. Perugia Espresso is Rimini's version of a classic Italian espresso blend that provides a sweet espresso with plenty of crema and aroma. A blend of South American, Indonesian, and African beans that give it a wonderful rich body with hints of sugar and spice.
Americano - prepared by adding hot water to espresso creating a much richer flavor than a regular drip coffee.
Latte – Coffee and Milk. This delightful coffee drink is prepared with your choice of milk or soymilk steamed and blended with our flavor rich espresso.
Chai – A delicious blend of teas and herbs create this mildly spiced and aromatic drink. We prepare our Chai with your choice of steamed milk or soymilk. For a sweeter flavor try the soymilk. Add a shot of pumpkin or chocolate syrup to bring out the spiced flavors of this drink.

Hot Chocolate- Hatch’s famous Hot Chocolate is not to be missed. There is no powder mix in our hot chocolate. Our secret recipe is steamed to perfection using a blend of solid chocolates. You can choose milk or dark chocolate. We even prepare this drink vegan. This rich, velvety, chocolate drink is fit for a king. People have come from all over the globe to experience our hot chocolate, which has been featured on many local news outlets.
Choco’s Mocha – This mocha is the real deal. An intense blend of chocolate and espresso prepared using Hatch’s famous Hot Chocolate. If you love coffee and you love chocolate this drink is for you.
Frozen Hot Chocolate – This concoction was discovered one day as we gave our world famous hot chocolate the day off to go shred it up on one of Utah's ski slopes. Our wonderful recipe returned from the slopes with the same flavor as it's original hot version, but with a lot cooler attitude and a little bit of frostbite. We don’t use any fancy machines to prepare this delightful rich refreshing drink. We start with a base of our famous Hatch’s Hot Chocolate frozen and blend it with with a scoop of hand dipped vanilla ice cream.
Steamers - Milk or Soymilk steamed and flavored with your choice of syrup (we can list all the flavors)
Café Affogato – Two rich shots of espresso poured over a scoop of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
Italian Sodas – Your choice of selected flavors combined with soda water. For a nice smooth finish add a touch of cream.
Ice Cream
Single Scoop – your choice of ice cream served in either a cake, sugar cone or cup.
Double Scoop - your choice of ice cream served in either a cake, sugar cone or cup.
Waffle Cone – Two scoops of your choice of ice ream
After School Special – We love serving a special after school treat to those who walk in the door back pack in hand. Everyday until 5pm we serve a special scoop of ice cream to our young friends with their choice of cake, sugar cone, or cup.
Floats – Craving an old fashioned float. Select your favorite ice cream and finish it off with either Root beer, Sprite, or Coke.
Sundaes
Single or Double scoop Sundaes start with your choice of ice cream and can be topped off with your choice of Hatch’s own hot fudge, caramel, or chocolate shell, real whipped cream and nuts.
Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae- A healthy serving of your choice of ice cream served over a warm, rich, moist chocolate brownie. We top it off with Hatch’s own hot fudge, real whipped cream (no canned stuff here) and nuts.
Frozen Bananas – This frozen treat is sure to delight. Each frozen banana is dipped in your choice of our very own milk or dark chocolate shell. Finish it off with nuts if you like.
Banana Split – Two scoops of ice cream on a bed of bananas topped with our own hot fudge, caramel or both. We then layer two more banana wedges, another scoop of ice cream and more hot fudge or caramel. Then we finish it off with real whip cream and nuts.

Shakes and Malts
Classic – Our shakes are prepared the way they ought to be. Thick and full of flavor. Each of our shakes are hand dipped with your favorite ice cream. Forget the straw these shakes require a spoon.
Specialty – Add Hatch’s Hot Fudge or Caramel to your shake for an intense and delightful milkshake experience.
Supreme –Add 2-Shots of espresso, a banana, or even our own secret Chocolate Shell to your shake and feel like a kid again.
